Feasibility studies, financial pro forma's, return on investment expectations, sustainability & resiliency measures, viewsheds, regulatory compliance, nuisances, entitlements; this and so many other possibilities are under consideration when a plan is hatched and underway. The partners start a plan first by listening for the client's desire, and proceed to analyze with a sober practicality the course to attaining that desire in the built reality.
