DESIGN. The plan is set, the partners ascribe to an iterative design process with the client and our professional team that can include civil, structural, geotechnical, cultural, energy, or fire safety experts. The partners have worked with sites that have a variety of challenges, including but not limited to the Wildland-Urban Interface (WUI), relatively steep topography, problematic drainage conditions, uniquely tight clearances, and perhaps most challenging, clients with unique construction method aspirations. For instance, the partners have worked with several clients who desire to complete their own project as an owner/builder. Regardless, the partners are available to aid in your success.
